Walston Industrial Order Processing and Fulfillment Policy

1. Order Confirmation and Processing

Once an order is placed and confirmed by Walston Industrial, it enters our automated fulfillment system within 24 hours. Orders are processed promptly to ensure timely allocation of inventory and preparation for shipment. Due to the automated nature of this process, modifications to confirmed orders may not be possible once processing begins. Customers are responsible for verifying all order details prior to confirmation.

If there are unforeseen delays due to supply chain disruptions, Walston Industrial will notify the customer as soon as possible and work to provide an updated estimated delivery date. However, Walston Industrial is not liable for delays caused by external factors beyond our control.

2. Order Modifications and Cancellations

Walston Industrial strives to accommodate customer requests to modify or cancel orders whenever possible. However, once an order reaches a size threshold or is processed by our automated fulfillment system, it is no longer possible to make changes. This includes requests to reduce order quantities, change products, or adjust shipping details.

Modification or cancellation requests must be submitted in writing before processing begins. If a request is received in time, we will make reasonable efforts to accommodate it, though no guarantee can be made once the order has entered processing. Walston Industrial reserves the right to refuse modification or cancellation requests at its sole discretion.

3. Restocking and Inventory Allocation

For large orders or orders that meet specific criteria, our system automatically triggers a restocking process within 24 hours of order confirmation. This process ensures that sufficient inventory is available to fulfill the order on time. Once restocking begins, the inventory is committed, and the order cannot be modified or canceled.

4. Shipping and Delivery

Once orders are processed, they are prepared for shipment. Customers will receive a shipping confirmation email, including tracking information. Any changes to the shipping address or delivery instructions must be made before the order is processed. Walston Industrial is not responsible for delays, misdeliveries, or additional shipping costs incurred due to address changes requested after processing.

Once the product leaves our facility, the responsibility for delivery shifts to the shipping carrier. Any delays or issues with delivery must be resolved directly with the carrier.

5. Return and Refund Policy

Walston Industrial offers a return and refund policy for eligible products. If a customer receives an incorrect or defective item, they may request a return authorization. Return requests must be made within 30 days of receipt, and the product must be returned in its original condition with all original packaging.

Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the return is due to an error on Walston Industrial's part. Refunds will be processed once the returned item is received and inspected. Shipping fees and restocking charges may apply. Custom or specially modified orders are not eligible for return or refund.

6. Liability Disclaimer

Walston Industrial is committed to providing accurate and timely order fulfillment. However, Walston Industrial shall not be liable for any delays, order modifications, cancellations, or errors resulting from automated processing systems, inventory allocation processes, or unforeseen circumstances outside of our control.

By placing an order and making payment, the customer expressly agrees to this policy and acknowledges that all payments are final and non-refundable, except as outlined in our return and refund policy.

Customers agree not to initiate any payment reversals, including ACH reversals or chargebacks, without first contacting Walston Industrial to resolve any disputes. Any unauthorized reversal may result in legal action and the customer being held responsible for any associated fees or damages.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that their order details, including product selection and shipping information, are accurate at the time of order placement. By placing an order with Walston Industrial, the customer acknowledges and agrees to this policy.
