Sealing Procedure:

Step 1: Apply Teflon tape to male threads

Step 2: Thread Male Fitting into meter

Step 3: Tighten threads to recommended torque

Reset to 0

Press “CALIBRATE” for 1 second

Flow Rate

“GAL/Min” on display reads flow rate in GPM

Cumulative Total

Press “DISPLAY” to view the total units measured. When the meter reaches 999,999 it will automatically reset to zero

 

Switching Units:

1.      Press & hold "DISPLAY" (3 sec).

2.      Press "CALIBRATE" 5 times.

3.      Press "DISPLAY" to select unit.

4.      Wait 5 sec to save.

 

 

 

Calibration Steps:

1.      Press & hold "DISPLAY" (3 sec), then press "CALIBRATE".

2.      Use "CALIBRATE" to switch columns, "DISPLAY" to adjust.

3.      Calibration works at any volume (5 gallons recommended).

4.      Example: If meter shows 103 gallons after 100 gallons flowed:

o   Divide 100 ÷ 103 = 0.9708, enter 0.9708 in meter calibration screen

5.      Meter saves settings & returns to home screen after 5 sec.

Default is 1.000 for water. This is an estimation. For a more accurate reading recalibration is required.
