Sealing Procedure:

STEP 1: Apply PTFE paste to male threads

STEP 2: Apply Teflon tape over paste

STEP 3: Apply second coating of PTFE paste over tape

Reset to 0

Press “CALIBRATE” for 1 second

Flow Rate

“GAL/Min” on display reads flow rate in GPM

Cumulative Total

Press “DISPLAY” to view the total units measured. When the meter reaches 999,999 it will automatically reset to zero

Switching Units:

1. Press & hold "DISPLAY" (3 sec).

2. Press "CALIBRATE" 5 times.

3. Press "DISPLAY" to select unit.

4. Wait 5 sec to save.

Calibration Steps:

1. Press & hold "DISPLAY" (3 sec), then press "CALIBRATE".

2. Use "CALIBRATE" to switch columns, "DISPLAY" to adjust.

3. Calibration works at any volume (5 gallons recommended).

4. Example: If meter shows 103 gallons after 100 gallons flowed:

o Divide 103 ÷ 100 = 1.0300, enter 1.0300.

5. Meter saves settings & returns to home screen after 5 sec.

Default is 1.000 for diesel & gasoline. Note this is a estimation. For a more accurate reading recalibration is required.

For in-depth calibration instructions:

· Maintenance-free – Use filtered fuel for longevity.

· Removing battery resets meter to zero.
