Coverage

Walston Industrial warrants that its tools ("Product" or "Products") will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 1 year from the date of purchase ("Warranty Period"). This warranty is valid only for Products purchased from authorized dealers or directly from Walston Industrial.

Claims and Remedy

If a defect covered by this warranty arises during the Warranty Period, Walston Industrial will, at its discretion, repair or replace the defective Product, or provide a refund. The choice of remedy will be determined by Walston Industrial based on the nature of the defect. Please note that repaired or replaced Products will be covered by this warranty for the remainder of the original Warranty Period or for 90 days, whichever is longer.

Limitations and Exclusions

This warranty does not cover:

• Normal wear and tear or damage resulting from misuse, abuse, neglect, accidents, or
  unauthorized repairs or modifications
• Damage caused by improper maintenance, non-compliance with the Product's
  instructions or intended use, or use of the Product for purposes other than its intended
  purpose
• Consumable parts or accessories, such as blades, bits, batteries, or other
  parts subject to normal wear and tear
• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential
  damages arising from the use of the Product
• All sales are final. Refunds, returns, or exchanges are subject to the sole discretion of Walston Industrial.

Fraud Prevention Policy

In cases where fraud is suspected, Walston Industrial reserves the right to temporarily hold or delay payment processing until the matter is reviewed and resolved. This measure is in place to protect both our business and our customers. If fraud is confirmed, the transaction will be canceled, and the necessary authorities or institutions may be notified.
