Walston Industrial provides fuel system components and accessories for commercial and personal
use. You agree to use our products and services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with
these Terms.
You may not:
- Misuse our equipment in ways inconsistent with product manuals or intended applications.
- Resell or redistribute products under our brand name without written authorization.
- Use our content or materials for unlawful commercial purposes without prior permission.
2. Product Information and Availability
We strive to maintain accurate listings and specifications. However, product availability, pricing, and
descriptions are subject to change without notice. Walston Industrial is not responsible for
typographical errors or outdated listings.
3. Warranty Policy
All Walston Industrial products are backed by a 1-year limited warranty from the date of purchase.
This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.
Warranty Exclusions Include:
- Damage due to misuse, abuse, or improper installation
- Products modified, disassembled, or altered by the user
- Normal wear and tear
- Labor or incidental costs associated with repair or removalIf you experience issues beyond the warranty period, contact us directly. We want every customer to
get the full life out of their product and may offer replacement options at our discretion.
4. Returns & Replacements
Returns may be requested within 30 days of purchase for unused products in original condition.
Restocking fees may apply. Proof of purchase is required. Return authorization must be obtained
prior to shipping items back.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Walston Industrial is not liable for:
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Loss of use, data, revenue, or profits
- Injuries or damages arising from improper installation or unauthorized modifications
Our total liability under any warranty or service claim is limited to the original purchase price of the
product.
6. Intellectual Property
All Walston Industrial branding, logos, product names, and documentation are protected under U.S.
trademark and copyright law. No part of our brand may be copied, altered, or used without our
written approval.
7. Reseller & Distribution Terms
Unauthorized resale, brand defamation, or misrepresentation of Walston Industrial products or
policies is strictly prohibited. Authorized resellers must follow our brand and trademark usage
guidelines.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes arising under theseTerms shall be resolved in a court of competent jurisdiction located in California.
