Shipping policy

Once orders are processed, they are prepared for shipment. Customers will receive a shipping confirmation email, including tracking information. Any changes to the shipping address or delivery instructions must be made before the order is processed. Walston Industrial is not responsible for delays, misdeliveries, or additional shipping costs incurred due to address changes requested after processing.

Once the product leaves our facility, the responsibility for delivery shifts to the shipping carrier. Any delays or issues with delivery must be resolved directly with the carrier.
